The A3’s S line exterior trim becomes standard on all A3 models while the 3.2-liter six-cylinder engine is discontinued. Xenon headlights with LED running lights are also now available. Base price for a front-drive A3 with manual transmission is $28,095; Quattro models with automated S tronic transmission begin at $31,675. Those prices reflect an increase of $350 over 2009 levels. The A3 will also be offered with a diesel engine starting in December.

For the A6, a revised 265-horsepower, 3.2-liter V-6 engine is standard alongside the 3.0 TFSI and 4.2-liter V-8. The navigation system is upgraded to Audi’s third-generation MMI and has live traffic info; new 18- and 19-inch wheels are available on Sport package models. The 3.2-liter, front-wheel drive sedan starts at $46,025 and the 3.0 TFSI Quattro sedan at $51,025. Plan on paying $54,135 for the Avant model and $76, 925 for the fiery S6. A6 and S6 prices are up just $125 and $200, respectively.

Audi’s big-buck A8 sedan loses the optional W-12 engine and go-fast S8 model. LED running lights and 19-inch wheels become standard on all 2010 models. Pony up $500 more than in 2009: $75,375 for standard-wheelbase and $79,225 for the long-wheelbase version.

The 2010 Audi TT no longer offers a front-wheel-drive option, manual transmission, or the 3.2-liter V-6 engine. Base coupes are $38,625; convertibles start at $41,625. High-po TTS models are $46,725 and $49,725 for coupes and convertibles, respectively. TT prices are about $500 higher than equivalent 2009 models.
